1. Getting started

Installation, registration, first steps

Welcome to EstVis! This section will help you get started quickly.

Create an account

  1. Go to estvis.com, click REGISTER button at the top menu and follow the instructions.
  2. When the registration is done, you receive 2 emails containing your administrative credentials and system credentials.

  1. Use your administrative credentials to setup your company configuration, contact information, templates, users, roles, buckets, etc at estvis.com/settings
  2. We strongly recommend to create a manager user at this step to sign in within EstVis Workflow or EstVis mobile app.

Install and launch Desktop Server, Workflow and Mobile apps

Before you begin, make sure you have sufficient permissions to install software.
  1. The second email contains instructions for Desktop Server installation – this is your company's local server. You need only one instance of the Desktop Server.

Use system credentials received in Email "Step 2" to authorize the Desktop Server
  1. After Desktop Server is installed and launched, download and install EstVis Workflow – this is a main interface for various staff roles at your shop. You can install and launch as many instances of EstVis Workflow as you need.

  1. Install EstVis Mobile apps, that are available for iOS and Android smartphones.
