Company Profile & Contact Information
Set company name, address and contact details.
Overview
This article explains how to set your company's public profile and contact details (name, address, phone, email) so customers see correct information in messages and customer-version of EstVis moblie app.
All company-level settings are managed from the web Settings page and require manager (administrative) credentials.
If your account manages multiple bodyshops, decide which bodyshop you will update selecting it at the top left corner of the Settings page.
Quick navigation
- Sign in on EstVis webpage with your manager credentials.
- Open web Settings page in your browser.
- Select Contact information at left menu.
You can also get to the Contact Information page by clicking the link: Contact Information page.
Edit company profile and contact information
- Fill in the fields shown on the page:
- Company name
- Administrator's phone #
- Administrator's email
- Address
- ZIP
Providing accurate phone and email ensures customer notifications and reply channels are routed correctly.
- Save your changes: Scroll to the bottom of the Contact information page and click the save control: Save.
All changes must be saved before you leave the page. If you navigate away without saving, edits will be lost.
Verify results
- Refresh the Settings page and confirm the fields persist.
- (Optional) Create a short test: create or open a case and use the Notify customer menu to send a quick template message. Confirm the message displays the updated contact details or that reply-to works as expected.
Common pitfalls, solutions and hints
- Forgetting to click Save – always save before navigating away.
- Editing while the wrong bodyshop is selected: double-check the bodyshop selector in the top-left.
- Not using an administrative account: many company settings are restricted to manager roles.
- Web (https://estvis.com/settings/) is the recommended interface for company-level contact edits and template review.
- Mobile apps are optimized for case management and may not expose the full Company settings UI; use the web Settings page for profile edits.
If you still have trouble updating contact information after following these steps, contact EstVis support with your account name and the bodyshop you attempted to edit.
